Chef Joseph Kelleher is a seasoned culinary leader with more than 17 years of experience in high-volume food production and team driven kitchen environments. His passion for cooking was shaped early by his mother, a sourcing director at D'Artagnan, who worked closely with top chefs across the country to procure premium ingredients. That early connection to quality and discipline laid the foundation for Joseph's own path in the culinary world.

 

He began his career under the mentorship of Chef Christophe Barbier at Nova Catering + Events, where he spent seven years honing his craft through hands on, intensive training. He went on to serve as Regional Executive Chef for Modern Dining Solutions, leading food service programs for key institutions such as the NYPD Police Academy, Vaughn College of Aeronautics, and the New York City District Federal Courthouse.

 

Joseph most recently held the role of Executive Chef at DO & CO AG for Delta Airlines' JFK operation, managing one of the largest airline catering facilities in North America and overseeing the production of more than 30,000 meals daily across 250+ global flights. Today, as Senior Executive Chef with Eurest, he brings that same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence into the corporate dining space. Recognized for his calm leadership style and deep respect for every role in the kitchen, Joseph believes great food is always the result of great teamwork and that the true reward in his work lies in mentoring others and helping teams thrive.​
