  •  Nutrition:

    For Eurest standardized recipes we partner with MyFitnessPal as well as Loseit. Type in "Eurest" prior to the name of an ingredient and you will be able to find the nutritional information. We have over 10,000 items on myfitnesspal as a quick easy tool for reference. Due to the nature of our menus and recipes created by our in house chefs there are limitations to providing nutritional information for all menu items. We do not have a Registered Dietician on our staff to analyze our in house recipes. Our goal is to continue to bring you creative, seasonal options by your Koch chefs.

     

     Allergens:

    Our kitchens have the top food allergens present. Our associates are trained to alert one of our food allergen experts if a guest has an inquiry about a specific ingredient and/or allergen.

    We find that a customized approach provides higher satisfaction with those who suffer from a food allergy and better ensures the safety of our guests.

     

    FDA Information :

    The FDA requires that menu items served more than 60 times in a year have full nutrition information. Items that may not have nutrition information posted are seasonal and chef-inspired recipes. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, seasonal, and local menu features for our guests. This includes many of our daily specials.

    Campus food operations features daily & weekly rotating menu's;  therefore the majority of menu items do not fall into the requirement for FDA nutritional labeling.

     

    Meal Tickets:

    Wichita Campus: Meal tickets are sold in any quantity and the cost is $11.00 per ticket. Guests can redeem meal tickets at Café Koch or 37 West for their entrée, bottled soft drink or bottled water and dessert. Meal tickets can be ordered by calling the Café Koch office at 316.828.6633. You can also email your request to the DineICT@kochcc.com shared mailbox.  A pcard will need to be provided at the time of purchase. You can pick the cards up at the Café Koch office, or they can be mailed to you via intercompany mail. Please note there may not be anyone present in the office during the hours of 10:30am-1:30pm.  If you would like to purchase or pick up meal tickets between those times, please send an email or Teams message to Barbette Bonanza, Claire Cowan, or Tima Davis before arrival to ensure someone is available to accommodate your pickup. 

    Molex Campus: Meal Tickets Meal tickets are sold in any quantity and the cost is $12.00 per ticket. Guests can redeem meal tickets in the café for their entrée, bottled water or soft drink and dessert. Tickets can be ordered by visiting the Catertrax website and placing an order. You will have the option to have the tickets delivered via intercompany mail, or you are welcome to come by the café to pick them up.
