Jen has been with Eurest for five years and handles all front of the house responsibilities including cashiering, catering and she is also our very own in house barista.

Nick has been with Eurest for over 8 years and has over 16 years' experience in the food industry. He is a graduate of California School of Culinary Arts: Le Cordon Bleu and loves to teach as well as learn something new about food every day. Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandi as well as his two children Jake, and Ava as well as traveling and football (go Raiders!)

Robert has been with Eurest for two years, he comes to us from the Pueblo Country club where he worked as the Food and beverage manager for 8 years. most of Roberts career was spent at the Broadmoor hotel in colorado springs in the position of executive sous chef from 1985 to 2009. his faith, travel, hiking and broncos football are his passions. robert.huckels@compass-usa.com719-487-6251
