    Jeramie Dela Cruz

    Jeramie was raised in Chicago and grew up eating Chicago hot dogs and deep-dish pizza.  Food was always at the center of everything.  After attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he chose to pursue a career in the hospitality industry.  

    Jeramie worked for James Beard award-winning chef, Roy Yamaguchi, for 13 years working his way from Server Assistant to Managing Partner.  He operated restaurants in Atlanta and Los Angeles focusing on service and building wine and cocktail programs.  He then transitioned to managing restaurants and cafes for Nordstrom in South Florida, Houston, and Austin where he remained before joining Eurest at Tesla.  In his free time, he enjoys traveling, dining out, word games, and paddleboarding.
