    ​About Nathaniel

    Nathaniel grew up in Texas and went to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. After graduating, he went on to start his career in northern California, working in culinary for many tech companies including Samsung, Yahoo, LinkedIn & eBay. His passion for food comes from big family gatherings and his love for making people happy. His favorite food to cook is Korean and comfort foods. Nathaniel just got married to his wife Alicia, who he met in San Francisco. They have two crazy French bulldogs named Remy & Benji. Outside of cooking, he DJ's every weekend across DFW & California. He also has a vintage reselling business named Old Soul Supply.
