Originally from Northeast Texas, Jillian has called Arkansas and Indiana home over the past decade before making her way back to DFW. Her passion for food began at an early age, when she taught herself how to bake and decorate her own birthday cakes from scratch. With 7 years of experience in food service and a background in Music Education and Preschool teaching, Jillian brings a unique people-focused approach to leadership. She is passionate about creating memorable experiences through food and hospitality, continuously learning, and striving to be the best leader and hospitality professional she can be. Jillian is thrilled to be back home in Texas, doing what she loves. In her free time, you can find Jillian out and about with her Belgian Malinois named River.
