About Erik
Erik got his start in the hospitality industry as a cook at Deloitte University while attending the University of North Texas. Erik, after getting his degree in Hospitality management went on to work for Marriott at The Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center in Grapevine where he thrived in their fast-paced environment. Erik enjoys cooking and attending sporting events.
