Ben has been passionate about creating memorable guest experiences from an early age. His career journey has taken him from small, family-run restaurant kitchens to leading large-scale events, including weddings, corporate retreats, and daily meeting experiences. Along the way, he has developed a well-rounded hospitality background, serving in roles ranging from Sous Chef and Frontline Manager to General Manager and beyond. His passion for catering and event experiences remains at the center of everything he does.
Raised on a family farm in Iowa, Ben learned the values of hard work, persistence, and dedication early in life. Those principles continue to shape his leadership style, work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for guests and clients alike.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys exploring the outdoors, discovering new music, attending concerts both large and small, cooking, and traveling with his partner and their beloved fur babies. Above all, he values making the most of every opportunity and enjoying life to the fullest.
