Bethany got her start in the industry at the American Airlines Training and Conference Center in Ft. Worth, Texas, as a catering coordinator in which she was quickly promoted into catering management. She has 24 years’ experience in food and beverage with high end hotels, such as Hyatt Regency, Hilton and conference centers, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Bethany has been with Compass Group USA for 15 years under FLIK, Chartwells Higher Education, and now for Eurest. When Bethany is not at work, she enjoys going to see local and national concerts; she’s even been known to belt out a tune or two for the crowd.

Brandon began his career on campus at Skyview 5. After years of learning and growing his skill set, he took those talents to the Hilton brand, where he served as a Food & Beverage Director. In that role, he also traveled nationwide in task force positions, supporting Hilton properties across the country.
When the opportunity arose to return to the AA campus, Brandon didn't hesitate—he came back and has been a part of the team since 2019.
Outside of work, Brandon is passionate about playing and coaching hockey and attending as many baseball games as possible. He proudly supports the Atlanta Braves, LSU Tigers, and Dallas Stars. He also performs stand-up comedy from time to time, living by his motto: “If I'm not making you laugh, I'm not doing my part in life."

Anna is a communications professional with a background in marketing, social media, web design, and event management, currently serving as Senior Unit Marketing Manager for Compass Group. Her educational background includes an MFA in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of North Texas, a B.A. in Communication from Southwestern College, and an A.A. in Art/Design from Cowley County Community College. Anna has two adult children and she loves to travel.

Born in Maharashtra, India, Aniket came to the US in January 2022 to pursue a masters degree in information technology and management from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been living in the Richardson area since. Aniket has a background in data analysis and business optimization, with experience in strategic problem-solving and leveraging data to drive efficiency. He is passionate about using analytical insights to support decision-making and improve processes. In his free time, Aniket loves solving complex puzzles, whether it’s a challenging data set or a strategic board game!
