    Chef Simbu Selvarasu, Executive Chef, brings over 20 years of distinguished restaurant and catering experience shaped by his Southern Indian roots and dedication to quality. Originally from Perambalur, Tamil Nadu, Chef Simbu discovered his passion for creating happiness through food early in his career—a principle that continues to fuel his work today.
    He launched his culinary journey in India, and his commitment to excellence eventually led him to the United States, where he expanded his culinary knowledge under the mentorship of respected chefs and played a pivotal role in opening major dining establishments. As Chef Manager at Qualcomm, he leads culinary teams with an unwavering focus on flavor, innovation, and guest satisfaction. Chef Simbu remains enthusiastic about exploring culinary trends and continuously perfecting his craft, always guided by the same joy of delighting people with every meal.

    ​Rads grew up in Watts South Central LA. He moved to Washington 10 years ago. He first started his hospitality career working at The Ram.  He enjoys the fast-paced environment the grill station provides.  He challenges himself everyday to provide better, faster service, and adapting to change. Rads is learning new cuisines and broadening his culinary knowledge.

    K is the barista & salad maker extraordinaire at cafe71. K has worked for Eurest for five years, most recently as a barista at Microsoft before joining our team. She has her AAS from Bellevue College and recently graduated with a Bachelor's in Game Art from Full Sail University. In her free time, she works as a free-lance artist. K's favorite food is chicken katsu curry.
