Adam leads your Kiewit La Vista culinary hospitality team with 25 years as an Executive Chef and 8 years working with Eurest. When he is not at work, Adam's time is most often spent with his wife of three decades, Amy, and with their seven children.
Fun Fact: He was the 2002 People's Choice Award Winner at Sutter Home's “Build a Better Burger" Competition in Napa Valley and his recipe was published in the book that followed
Chef Mike is the creative force behind the menu and production for both Kiewit La Vista cafes as well as our Catering program.
Fun Fact: Chef Mike has been known do do a bit of amateur stand up comedy at local clubs!
Chef Carlos is the culinary leader of your LV2 Cafe and the driving force behind our Create Station.
Fun Fact: Chef Carlos is usually the knife and hands behind most of your caterings!
Chef Mac leads the team in your LV1 Cafe. Stop by and say hi next time you are down for lunch!
