Evan Rasmussen | Executive Chef | 402.650.7780
Evan was born in Omaha, where he grew up and continues to live. Evan is married and a father to 3 children. He has worked his way through the Omaha food scene, stationing at places like Bonefish Grill, Taxi's, and Harrah's. Evan started with Eurest in 2022 at LinkedIn as an Executive Sous Chef, and later joined Kiewit in 2024 as an Executive Chef.
Evan enjoys spending his time with his family, being outdoors, and gardening. He also loves watching professional sports, with the Los Angeles Chargers being his favorite team. Of course, he is a huge Husker football fan and attends many games throughout the season.
Hanna Ringleman | Catering & Experience Manager | 308.249.5372
Hanna was born and raised in Sidney, NE and moved to Omaha in 2019. She has worked for Eurest a little over 6 years and started as a barista at TD Ameritrade, now Schwab. Hanna has been with Kiewit since the opening of the new HQ building in January 2021.
Hanna is creative by nature and enjoys spending time doing anything art related. She is a chalkboard artist and has chalk art throughout multiple states in many Eurest units. There is a good chance you have seen one!
Brian Mika | General Manager | 402.3010.2729
Brian was born in Lincoln Nebraska and moved to Omaha in 2019. He has worked for Eurest for 10 years and began in Lincoln working as a prep-cook at Assurity Life Insurance. After moving up the culinarly ladder, he was given the oportunity to be the Chef/Manager of the original Kiewit building in Blackstone, before eventually moving to the new corporate headquarters in downtown Omaha.

Brian has been with his wife Cami for 8 years, getting married in 2022. They live in Benson with their three animals (dogs Tonks and Snape, and cat Sandwich). Cami also works for the Kiewit Corporation in the Talent Development department.

His passion for food has contributed to his success within the industry and led him to connect with some of the most prominent chef's in the country. He enjoys building LEGO, playing video games, gardening, and of course, cooking!
