I have managed the North Castle IBM for 5 years now. I came from owning businesses like pizzerias and coffee shops. I also worked on Rikers Island as a chef. My family has been in the restaurant business for many years. My father introduced me to cooking and it has become one of my loves. I am believer in customer service and try everyday to show that in my managing techniques. My wife Teresa and I have 4 Children and 3 Grand children. I am an avid golfer; it is another love of mine. I have been with Eurest for 6 plus years now and have worked at the Armonk IBM site for about 5 years. I started as a chef manager in Somers NY and moved to Armonk as a Food Service director. Since then, I have been promoted to General Manager of two locations IBM headquarters and North Castle.
