  • BNY Mellon Voucher Program

    We are excited to announce that The Global Corporate Services Division (GCSD) has collaborated with Compass One to develop a Voucher and Discount program that is easily ordered and redeemed for used in BNY Mellon cafes. The goal of the program is to provide an easy and efficient system to offer discounts or fully complimentary meals for chosen BNYM Visitors, Clients, and Internal purposes.

    Service Request:

    The request will be submitted to the onsite catering team email or dining director contact via an approved site-specific order form that is accessible on the dining website voucher page.

    Usage Methods- but not limited to:

    • BNYM Clients
    • BNYM designated Visitors
    • Internal BNYM meetings
    • Appreciation Days- i.e., Administrative Appreciation Day, Birthdays, Work Anniversaries etc.

    Voucher and Discount Values:

    • Can be ordered in the following denominations.
      •  $5, $10, $15, $20
    • Can be ordered in the following percentage discounts.
      • 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
    • Set amount for a group.
      • i.e., $1,000 can be assigned to one bar code that can be distributed by a meeting organizer for multiple attendees to use. Recommend $20 per person for group orders. Only the amount used will be charged back.


    Voucher and Delivery Method:

    Compass One will generate a personalized email to each recipient on a core approved template from the BNYM Catering Department/ Dining Contact email. Individual Voucher orders for more than 50 people will be delivered via a Nexstep system generated email that will deliver the ordered voucher or discount directly to the designated recipient. The email will contain their specific bar code for use.

      • The email content and verbiage will be tailored to its ability per BNYM HOST guidance
      • Please specify which location the voucher can be redeemed, as it is location specific and non-transferable
      • Should a more personal email be needed from, Compass can send the bar code to the BNYM requestor to embed in their personalized email.

    Customer Redemption Method:

    • Customer will shop for their food and beverage selections in BNY Mellon cafes
    • Customer will bring their selections to checkout kiosk and redeem their voucher.
      • If an amount is owed, the customer will settle the balance
      • If there is a balance- it is forfeited after the set expiration
      • If a voucher is not redeemed prior to expiration, it is not charged back
