We're proud to make meaningful changes at 24Hundred Marketplace!

You may have heard about some important initiatives we have in place to reduce our environmental impact, including composting kitchen food waste, recycling fryer oil and replacing packaged snacks with bulk dispensers. Now, we're excited to introduce the next step toward a more sustainable operation—and we're inviting you to be part of it.

On Monday, April 21, we're introduced reusable service ware and utensils at the entrée station during lunch on Mondays.

Here's how it works:

  • Every Monday, we will offer reusable plates, bowls, and silverware
  • Dining in the marketplace or patio? Please choose the reusable option
  • Drop off is easy. Bins will be clearly marked for you to return used items after lunch

Our goal is to expand the program Monday-Thursday, and we will update you on when we plan to meet that milestone.

But that's not all—we're making additional changes to help reduce waste throughout the Marketplace:

  • BYO mug with lid: We invite you to enjoy your favorite drip coffee while cutting down on single-use cups by bringing in your favorite travel mug with a lid from home for use at our coffee stations.
  • Bulk condiments are in: We're phasing out individual condiment packets (except salad dressings) in favor of bulk dispensers.

We believe these small changes will have a big impact in creating a more sustainable workplace and a healthier planet. Thank you for doing your part and supporting our efforts, one action at a time. Our 24Hundred team members are here to help support you during the transition.
