    My name is Andrew Cira. I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I started working in kitchens when I was 14 years old and quickly realized it was something I was good at and very passionate about.

      I have worked at a lot of different places and have learned many different cuisines. I was the executive chef at Rock River Pizza Co. in Watertown, Hi-Way Harrys in Johnson Creek,  the Delafield Brewhaus and Fishbones both in Delafield, Riviera Bowl and Pizzeria in Sauk City and now here at American Family with Eurest.

      I am very excited about having this opportunity to work with Eurest and American Family.

    Kamusta? Ako si Melanie born & raised in the Philippines. When I turned 22 yrs old I moved to Madison in 2015. My favorite memory so far is the 45 minute walk from my apartment to work and navigating my way with just a screenshot of google maps because I did not have a phone service for awhile. It taught me a lot of valuable life lesson.

    I started my career at the Marriott Madison West, got promoted at the Sheraton Madison Hotel. I broaden my knowledge by becoming the General Manager for Panda Express in Janesville. I eventually moved back to Madison to be an AGM for Panera Bread and then Pandemic happened, which lead my way to Compass Group as a Catering Manager.

    When I am not working, I like to paint, play tennis, cook, trying new cafes, restaurants and sunrise/sunset watching.

    My most memorable trip was when my siblings and I hiked an active Volcano in the Philippines called Mt. Pinatubo where we had to ride a 4x4 jeep for 25km and hiked for 5km to the crater.

    I am very grateful to be part of the Eurest team J

    My name is Tyler Schmitt.  I grew up in Beaver Dam Wisconsin.  In 2006 I moved to Denver Colorado where I did my apprenticeship at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs.  I then worked at the Ritz Carlton at Elway's Steakhouse where I would eventually become the Executive Chef.  I moved to Phoenix Arizona for four years working at Chop Steakhouse as well as a personal chef for a Phoenix Suns basketball player. 

    When I am not working, I have a passion for riding motorcycles.  I also enjoy hiking, camping, bowling. Just being at home with my wife and puppy watching movies is also one of my favorite ways to spend my off time.  I really like to travel as much as possible.  Recently I spent a couple weeks in the Philippines which was an awesome life experience.

    After all the years away from home in Wisconsin it is great to be near my family again.  I am very excited to join the Eurest team at American Family!
