EVENT RESERVATION FAQ’S
1. What types of private events can I host at the Tavern?
We host birthdays, work anniversaries, retirement parties, corporate happy hours, networking events, fundraisers, and more.
2. How many guests can your restaurant accommodate?
Our space can comfortably accommodate 96 inside and 300 outside.
3. Do you provide the food and beverages?
Yes. All food and beverage for your event are provided by our onsite team. If you would like to bring in a specialty cake, it must be pre-approved by our team, and a service fee may apply.
4. Can you customize the menu for my event?
Yes! We offer customizable menus, including plated lunches, buffets, and bar packages. Our chef can also accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.
5. Do you offer bar packages or drink tickets?
Yes. Options include:
- Open bar
- Consumption-based (pay per drink ticket turned in)
For any groups over 75, a staffing fee of $150.00 will be applied.
7. Can we bring decorations?
No, decorations are strictly prohibited.
8. I want to book my event before you open, can I do that?
If you plan to begin Happy Hour earlier than 5:00 PM, prior approval is required from your Executive Vice President or their designated Executive Administrator. This authorization must confirm approval for serving and consuming alcohol before the standard 5:00PM start time. This policy is set by American Airlines.
If your event has any audio visual, music or vendors, this must be concluded promptly at 5:00PM to prepare for normal business needs.
9. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure we are able to accommodate your event.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing and must be made 3 business days (72 Hours) in advance. Failure to do so may result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking.
11. How do I place my food and beverage order? Please visit
https://skyview.catertrax.com to place your order for catering or drink tickets. You will need to select the Tavern menu for anything in the Tavern. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Fresh Fork Catering menus in the Tavern. Should you need assistance with this order, please contact Brandon Clark for Food and Beverage at brandon.clark@compass-usa.com. All Food and Beverage needs to be ordered at least 3 business days (72 Hours) prior to your event.
