    ​About William

    Born and raised in Dallas, William has always had a passion for culinary. After many years in customer service and hospitality management, he went back to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu, right here in his hometown. He found a perfect balance between business operations and culinary with Compass Group and has grown within the company for the past 12 years. William enjoys working with the public and ensuring that their expectations are not only met but exceeded time and again. When he's not working, William is a total SciFi enthusiast, with Star Trek and Doctor Who being among his favorites!

    About Cameron 

    Growing up in the DFW metroplex, Cameron is a native Texan. Upon graduating high school, Cameron attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After completing his culinary schooling, he went on to join Marriott Hotels, where he worked his way up through the ranks. He helped to open the JW Marriott, San Antonio Hill Country Resort and span, where he worked as a chef manager, overseeing several restaurants. He was later asked to join the team at the JW Marriott, Desert Ridge in Pheonix, AZ, where he oversaw all of the restaurants at the resort. In 2022, he went on to join the team here at Compass and was a proud member of the SV6 opening team.
