    Cameron Handler - Executive Chef

    ​About Cameron 

    Growing up in the DFW metroplex, Cameron is a native Texan. Upon graduating high school, Cameron attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After completing his culinary schooling, he went on to join Marriott Hotels, where he worked his way up through the ranks. He helped to open the JW Marriott, San Antonio Hill Country Resort and span, where he worked as a chef manager, overseeing several restaurants. He was later asked to join the team at the JW Marriott, Desert Ridge in Pheonix, AZ, where he oversaw all the restaurants at the resort. In 2022, he went on to join the team here at Compass and was a proud member of the SV6 opening team.

  • Bethany Tyler - District Manager
    Bethany Tyler - District Manager

    ​About Bethany  

    Bethany got her start in the industry at the American Airlines Training and Conference Center in Ft. Worth, Texas, as a catering coordinator in which she was quickly promoted into catering management. She has 24 years’ experience in food and beverage with high end hotels, such as Hyatt Regency, Hilton and conference centers, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Bethany has been with Compass Group USA for 15 years under FLIK, Chartwells Higher Education, and now for Eurest. When Bethany is not at work, she enjoys going to see local and national concerts; she’s even been known to belt out a tune or two for the crowd.

    ​About Nicholas 

    Nicholas has over 12 years in the hospitality industry ranging from convention centers to casinos, and everything in between. Most recently he was the Catering Director at UT Dallas, where he grew the catering department to be one of the best in the state. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys cooking with his wife and anything related to golf.

    Brandon Clark - Senior Campus Catering Director

    About Brandon

    Although he was born and raised in New Orleans, Brandon is proud to call Texas home! Brandon started his career in hospitality at SV5, formerly known at The Training Conference Center, in 2012. In 2016, he went on to embark in the hotel industry but was exited to return back to the AA campus in 2020. When not at work Brandon enjoys playing and coaching hockey. He is a huge baseball and college football fan. Brandon is a man of many talents and at one point did standup comedy! He can still be found on stage at open mic nights from time to time. A quote he lives by is, "If I'm not making you laugh, I'm not doing my part in this world."

    ​About Aniket 

    Born in Maharashtra, India, Aniket came to the US in January 2022 to pursue a masters degree in information technology and management from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been living in the Richardson area since. Aniket has a background in data analysis and business optimization, with experience in strategic problem-solving and leveraging data to drive efficiency. He is passionate about using analytical insights to support decision-making and improve processes. In his free time, Aniket loves solving complex puzzles, whether it’s a challenging data set or a strategic board game!
