Bethany got her start in the industry at the American Airlines Training and Conference Center in Ft. Worth, Texas, as a catering coordinator in which she was quickly promoted into catering management. She has 24 years’ experience in food and beverage with high end hotels, such as Hyatt Regency, Hilton and conference centers, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Bethany has been with Compass Group USA for 13 years under FLIK, Chartwells Higher Education, and now for Eurest. When Bethany is not at work, she enjoys going to see local and national concerts; she’s even been known to belt out a tune or two for the crowd.

Steven is a native Texan who grew up in, and currently lives in Plano. After graduating from Plano East, he went on to earn a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. Later, he graduated from Johnson & Whales University with an AAS in Culinary Arts. As of January 2024, Steven has been with Compass for 25 years! Throughout his career, Steven has managed many high profile accounts, including Yum Brands, Flour HDQ, Beal Bank, Denbury Resources, and Fed Ex HDQ. He is excited about the future of AA's food service program and looks forward to creating fresh, local, and global cuisine daily.

Nicholas has over 12 years in the hospitality industry ranging from convention centers to casinos, and everything in between. Most recently he was the Catering Director at UT Dallas, where he grew the catering department to be one of the best in the state. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys cooking with his wife and anything related to golf.

Although he was born and raised in New Orleans, Brandon is proud to call Texas home! Brandon started his career in hospitality at SV5, formerly known at The Training Conference Center, in 2012. In 2016, he went on to embark in the hotel industry but was exited to return back to the AA campus in 2020. When not at work Brandon enjoys playing and coaching hockey. He is a huge baseball and college football fan. Brandon is a man of many talents and at one point did standup comedy! He can still be found on stage at open mic nights from time to time. A quote he lives by is, "If I'm not making you laugh, I'm not doing my part in this world."

Born in Mexico City, Isabel earned a B.S. in Communication from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico. She began her career at Heineken Mexico as a Catering Intern and progressed to Manager of Dining Services by 2016. Isabel then moved to Dallas, where she joined Compass - Chartwells at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) as a catering attendant. Through several promotions, she became Assistant Director of Dining Services by 2022. Isabel later joined Eurest as Director of Dining Services for American Airlines, opening the new AA Hotel dining in 2023. She subsequently helped launch Skyview 7 and, in 2024, was promoted to Campus Director of Dining, overseeing the Altitude team and campus C-Stores.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys movie nights with her husband and son and spending time at the park with their dog, Rainbow, a working line German Shepherd.

Born in Maharashtra, India, Aniket came to the US in January 2022 to pursue a masters degree in information technology and management from the University of Texas at Dallas and has been living in the Richardson area since. Aniket has a background in data analysis and business optimization, with experience in strategic problem-solving and leveraging data to drive efficiency. He is passionate about using analytical insights to support decision-making and improve processes. In his free time, Aniket loves solving complex puzzles, whether it’s a challenging data set or a strategic board game!
