Val Main has worked for Compass group for 7 years in the roles of food service director, general manager, resident district manager, and district manager for IBM and Electric Boat.
In addition to her district manager role, she is also the labor compliance champion for the entire national accounts region and the waste not champion for Dennis Weinerman's contracts.
Val graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2000 and resides in Connecticut with her husband and her 12-year-old twins.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family by being her son's loudest cheerleader on the sidelines at all of his baseball and football games, and as a stage mom for her daughter's dance recitals.
