​Keith has always loved the culinary arts.  He was raised in upstate New York and started working in restaurants at a young age.  He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York.  After graduating, he had the opportunity to open high end restaurants in Atlanta before moving to New Orleans and working under acclaimed chefs at Commander's Palace and working under Susan Spicer and Master Chef Horst Pfeifer.  He worked as the chef de cuisine and executive banquet chef at luxury resorts in Scottsdale, Arizona, Santa Fe, New Mexico and Austin, Texas.  He started his current role as Executive Chef for Eurest at IBM Austin campus in July of 2018.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and cooking for friends and family.
