Manuel Sanchez was studying to be an architect when he discovered his passion for food. This led him to pursue his education at Greystone in Napa and Mission College in Santa Clara. He specialized in fine dining French and Italian cuisine before branching out to Asian cuisine. He is proud to highlight authentic Mexican cuisine as well creating a fusion of flavors incorporating different cuisines.
Manuel was an Executive Chef in the Hotel industry before joining Compass in 2001. Working as the Food Service Director in the IBM account as well at one time running a Verizon account simultaneously.
Manuel strongly believes that Great Food and Great Service go hand in hand and always tries to instill this "culture" to his associates, with the end result being Great Customer Satisfaction.
On his free time, Manuel enjoys traveling with his wife, son, and daughter. He also enjoys manning the BBQ grill at home, watching his favorite Fútbol and Football teams.
