James attended Paul Smith’s college and earned a degree in Restaurant management/Culinary. As an intern at the prestigious Woodcliff Lake Hilton, I stayed on after graduation working both banquet and a’la carte kitchens.
After several chef positions in northern NJ,I became the house caterer and owner of Rare and Well Done Caterers at the Bears Nest community in Park Ridge. Here I catered to the likes of Richard Nixon,the NJ Nets and many high end clients in the suburbs of NYC.
James has been with Compass for 14 years and is presently EC at both the North Castle and CHQ locations.

I started my career with Compass Group in 1997  at IBM  RTP Café 306 as a cashier. I was promoted to a floor supervisor and was transferred to the main café of the RTP campus, café 002 in 2002. I took on more responsibilities and was mentored by my upper management.

In 2007, I was  selected to participate in a program offered by Compass Group, Project Readiness. I traveled to Charlotte, NC and started the journey of becoming a manager and officially received the titled. In this same year, I was selected  to the "Be A Star" Associate and was given the privilege to travel to Orlando, Fla to be acknowledged by the "VIPs'" of Compass .

I have also had the opportunity to support other businesses managed by Eurest, but IBM is most definitely my home. I value the relationship with my clients, customers and the Eurest Team.

In my spare time away from IBM, I  enjoy cooking, going to the beach, going on cruises and most of all, spending time with my family, especially my 4 Children, 6 grandchildren and husband
