​Chef Victor Saldivar has over 15 years of culinary experience, specializing in fine dining from Italian, to Mediterranean and French. His love for flavorful food began as a young kid growing up in Puebla, Mexico, a place renowned for its sweet and savory mole dishes. Chef Victor has been a part of Eurest IBM for over 4 years where he began at Almaden. He now is the executive chef at the Santa Teresa location where he has brought his passion for delicious dishes that are inspired from all over the world. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife, Colleen and their children, Rafael and Natalie.
