Shirley has been in Memphis since she was five years old. She is the proud mother of three children, with three grandchildren and one more on the way! Shirley has worked at multiple local restaurants before FedEx, and she actively volunteers with youth ministry. Shirley was recently promoted to Cafe Manger after being a lead at FedEx Corporate Headquarters for the past 16 years.

Prior to joining Canteen in 2018, Quntelliaus "Q" Christian graduated from Rust College with a degree in Criminal Justice and gained extensive experience in Retail Store Management and Loss Prevention at Macy's and Ross Stores. He was responsible for 8 retail operations with annualized sales of $58M and was responsible for turning around many poor performing stores. Quntelliaus joined Canteen – Memphis in July 2018 as a Customer Service Manager, and was promoted to District Operations Manager in September 2020 and District General Manager in August 2021.
Quntelliaus, his wife Angela and children, Quntelliaus Jr. and Madison, reside in Olive Branch, MS. Quntelliaus is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan and an excellent cook, known for his mastery on the grill.
