Chef Emmanuel Lee Sr. started cooking when he was 12 years old and since then, never looked back. Throughout the years, he has worked at fine dining restaurants, cafes and golf courses. This is when he found his passion and was able to developed culinary skills. In 2012, Chef Emmanuel found his home working for Compass Group, Eurest. He moved up the ladder quickly and worked very hard to get to the where he is today. Manny is currently the Chef Manager for the Continental locations. He has been a part of the Eurest team for the last 8 years and continues to grow and mature as an excellent Chef Manager.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful daughter.
