Our audit programs assure all of our suppliers follow robust food safety and quality programs.
Our strict employee health policies assure employees with symptoms of illness are not working
Compass Group policy mandates single use gloves in all our food preparation
Our managers and chefs are ServSafe certified
All Eurest team members are wearing face coverings per Boeing policy
Physical distancing, hand washing and hygiene practices are continuously reinforced in production kitchens daily
30-45 minute sanitation protocol and end of meal disinfection followed in production kitchen
Meal boxes have added individual hand moist towelette (wet hand wipe, not antibacterial)
Meal box includes wrapped cutlery kit
Meal box whole fruit washed and wrapped
