Nate comes to us with 30+ years in the culinary field and restaurant management. Nate began his career with his family run restaurant, the Minnetonka A&W Drive in, at the age of 12. He then attended a local culinary school in 1986 and began working in various restaurants from Minnesota to Florida. Nate started his career with Compass Group/Eurest Dining in 1998. Most recently Nate was the GM at Health Partners in Bloomington, Nate looks forward to serving our new location at Lakeside Café in the Carlson Center.
