    Bentley Smith has been a part of the hospitality industry for over 30 years.  He began his career in the industry as a caterer at the Winter Park Racquet Club in Winter Park, FL.  While there, he specialized in wedding planning, visual catering and private dining.  After graduating from Valencia College in December 1984 with a Graphics Art degree, he moved to Bay Hill, FL, where he worked as a private event planner and catering lead for Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Country Club.  He specialized in golf banquet event planning, visual catering and private specialty events.  After five years at the Bay Hill Country Club, Bentley relocated to Atlanta, GA where he studied culinary at the Atlanta Art Institute, graduating June 1992 with a culinary degree in pastries.  Bentley says that combining his knowledge of art and culinary has been a big success to being a great caterer.  He has catered for some of the largest companies in the world: Kimberly-Clark, Solvay Pharmaceutical, Cox Enterprises, Delta Airlines, Federal Reserve bank of Atlanta and Google.  With a passion for helping others, Bentley volunteers for Project Open Hands and Hosea Williams Feed the Hungry.  Bentley looks forward to serving you and your guests.​

    Our Catering Director, Therease joined the Compass team 5 years ago. She brings over 17 years of experience in Training and Development, a B.S. in Business Management and a Masters in Psychology. Serve Safe Certified as well Proctor Certified. A member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Therease is a great asset to the Eurest team.

  • Georgia Grado- Berona Catering Director

    Georgia Grado-Berona is a lifelong resident of the Antelope Valley and currently lives there with her two children. She has been a vital member of the Lemon Leaf team for almost a decade. Georgia has a passion for service and an appreciation for aesthetic, which makes her an ideal person to help craft beautiful and memorable catering experiences.

    Starting his culinary career at the age of 14, Dustin has had a lifetime passion for cooking, , After obtaining his culinary degree at El Centro college, he worked at some of Dallas' top restaurants including Nonna, Craft and Kenichi. He moved to Austin, Texas to work for Mandola's Italian Market, where he met his wife, Shea. They later made Portland, Oregon home, where Dustin worked at the number one restaurant in town, Andina. While at Andina, Dustin led an acclaimed culinary team, featured on Portland's local news station many times. Dustin and Shea now live in Mansfield, with their eight year old son ,Wyatt.

    Kelly fell in love with cooking at an early age watching her mother passionately cook for her family. Kelly is a mother of two, a boy and girl. She graduated from culinary school in 2009 and headed to Florida to intern at Walt Disney theme park. Upon returning home, she took a job at the Four Seasons Hotel and worked her way to Banquet Chef. Kelly joined the Eurest culinary team in 2023 as Sous Chef. We're proud to have her level of talent and unmatched energy on our team.

  • Linwood "Lin" Hudson General Manager

    Linwood "Lin" Hudson is the newest memeber of the Eurest team at Lockheed Martin.  He grew up in Fort Worth, then moved to Oklahoma after graduating from Texas Tech. His experience is primarily with corporate restaurant groups. Bringing vast experience and a wealth of knowledge, Lin is eager to contribute to the dining experience at Lockheed Martin.
